In this chapter Jess go to Washington with her teacher, And they go to the museams.
But when he arrives home they said Jess that her friend Leslie was dead. and on the next chapter they said to Jess that they thing she hit her head whith a a tree and fall to the river and die.

My first weeks of school

My favorite class is computer and basketball practice too. I like my new school a lot. It is lots better than the other one. There are not many people and I like it a lot. I am in fifth grade and school is great. All of my teachers are awesome. I can't wait for g-club to start and I want to play in the soccer tournament. I like my new friends too.

The cay

I feel bad because Timothy was the one that made everything for Phillip. He was the one that fished, that guided Phillip, that battled sharks and saved Phillip, he even gave his live for Phillip. He was the one for me that needed to survive, but he was so good that he let Phillip survive and not himself.

I would recommend this book because it talks about two different people, different in everything including skin color, that were forced to live on the same island and the kid, our main character, Phillip, becomes blind and only survives because of Timothy. If you read it, I am sure you will like it.

My favorite part of the book was when the hurricane came and Timothy gave his life to save Phillip.
